Our money back guarantee.
At Pro Family Financial Systems, we take great pride in customer satisfaction. Should you feel that we have not provided adequate service, and you wish to cancel your account with us, we will subtract the value of services rendered in that time from the fee you paid signing up with us, and return it to you.
If after 12 months of service you feel that we have not made enough progress with your account, you may request a refund, and we will gladly return to you the difference between the initial amount paid for our service, and the value of the progress that has been made towards your account.
The successful removal of negative tradelines generally calculated at a $75 value.
|
•
For Instance...
If within 12 months we have only removed 3 negative tradelines from your reports, and you began our service with 17, the refund would be calculated like so:
| Your initial fee: |
Determined by account |
| Value of service provided: |
$225 (3 removals at $75 each) |
| Amount refunded: |
$225 less than initial fee |
|
•
Another example:
If you begin our service with 28 negative tradelines, and after 12 months we have successfully disputed 26 of them, your refund would be calculated like so:
| Your initial fee: |
Determined by account |
| Value of service provided: |
$1950 (26 removals at $75 each) |
| Amount refunded: |
This would exceed the initial cost by far. As such, no refund would be issued. |
|
On average, our results are much better than displayed in the first example, but it works as a good explanation of the refund calculation process.
However, if you have so few negative tradelines on your reports that, were all of them removed, they would still not cover the initial cost, we would calculate the refund based on a percentage rather than set value.
